chemosynthesis line to manufacture painted aluminum coil and PVDF
color coated stainless steel composite panel . All these advanced
lines were imported from Taiwan Hongtai.
We can provide more than 4, 000, 000 square meters of aluminum
composite panel and Stainless steel composite panel per year. More

We have one coating line for coating the aluminum coil with different colors.
We have two cleaning line to clean the grease and dust from the aluminum coil.
We have two lamination line to make the aluminum coil and LDPE core bond together by the Protective film.
We have the Impact Tester to check the paint quality.
We have the Adhesion Tester to check the paint adherence.
We have the T-Bend Tester to check if the paint will crack.
We have the Pencil Hardness Tester to check the paint hardness
We have the Polyethylene Tester to check the LDPE core quality
We have the Analysis Balance to check the product weight tolerance and so on.
We have the Color Checking Box to check the color difference.
We have the Color Retention Tester to test the color shade with accurate data.
We have the Paint Thickness Tester to check the paint thickness.
